Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an integrative mental health profession that enriches the lives of communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship. Art Therapy, facilitated by a professional art therapist, effectively supports personal and relational treatment goals as well as community concerns.
Kundalini Yoga
This style of yoga combines breathing techniques, physical postures/ exercises and sound. The technology of the kundalini yoga tradition applies its science to our bodies and minds, and is aimed at spirit which has no boundaries, no discrimination. This is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of living in the moment. It is an experience that focuses on mindfulness, releases tension, raises our vibration and moves blocked energy.



blended offerings
Presenting mindfulness practices before engaging in art making is a harmonious and uplifting choice. When participants are given an opportunity to release tension, feel grounded and centered; expression begins to flow more naturally. This can look like a few minutes of meditation or a whole hour of yogic practice before beginning your creative experience.
