Meet Jessica

Meet Jessica Smigels

Art Therapist ATR

Yoga Teacher (500hr)

Jessica has always been an artist, dancer and naturalist. She found yoga in the late 1990s and has been hooked ever since. In 2010 Jessica became a certified yoga instructor. About 10 years later she got her Masters degree in Art Therapy. Specializing in group offerings, Jessica has worked with several populations in various locations. She is still making art, dancing and connecting with nature for spiritual medicine and pure joy.
