Meet Jessica Smigels

Art Therapist ATR

Yoga Teacher (500hr)

​Jessica has always been an artist, dancer and naturalist.  She found yoga in the late 1990s and has been hooked ever since. In 2010 Jessica became a certified yoga instructor. About 10 years later she got her Masters degree in Art Therapy. Specializing in group offerings, Jessica has worked with several populations in various locations.
